After receiving the notice of the accident, we will send surveyors to the scene as soon as possible to investigate the accident (or appoint an local correspondent), and at the same time assist the insured in handling all accident-related matters, during which may involve investigating the situation from the captain and crew, checking the loss on board, collecting necessary information such as registration and statutory certificates,  logbook, communicating with third parties and other necessary claims settlement, and we will also actively assist customers in negotiating for third parties such as rescue agreements, salvage agreements, maintenance and damage assessments, and three-way compensation agreements, to minimize losses as much as possible.
